Gucci Introduces its New-Look G-Timeless Collection
Last year, Gucci unveiled the coveted Gucci Horsebit and 25H with a contemporary look. This year, the House has chosen to spotlight the G-Timeless line. While the latest models stay true to the core design, the brand has updated certain aspects, lending these pieces a more refined look.
To begin with, the new models have slimline silhouettes, unique ridged bezels, and smooth dial finishes. The subtle use of Gucci lettering and the interlocking G motif are also among the eye-catching elements of the new G-Timeless editions. Furthermore, the watches are presented on original three-link stainless steel bracelets, which complement the sleek polished cases.
The collection consists of three new 40 mm iterations that are equipped with a Swiss-made automatic movement, visible through the transparent caseback. The two steel versions are paired with understated blue or black dials, while a bicolour version combines a silver dial with a yellow gold-plated bezel, and gold galvanised indexes and hands.
The collection is completed by four smaller editions with dainty 29 mm cases. Two of these models feature pink or silver mother-of-pearl dials, embellished with radiant diamond indexes.
The other two are elegantly bedecked with two diamonds at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock; of the two dials in this case, one is in pink. The other two-tone version is paired with a silver dial that ensures a contrast with the yellow gold-plated bezel.
