Celebrities Flaunt the Hottest Timepieces on the Red Carpet

Seems 2024 has started on a high horological note, with celebrities showing off their dazzling wrist candies on the red carpet. GMT India spotted extraordinary timepieces on Robert Downey Jr, Ryan Gosling, Selena Gomez, Timothée Chalamet, Cillian Murphy and other A-listers. Here are the specs.

Actor Robert Downey Jr. attended the 2024 Critics’ Choice Awards wearing a Jaeger-LeCoultre timepiece. Robert Downey Jr. won the Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in the 2023 international blockbuster, Oppenheimer. RDJ’s horological choices have been on point this award season. The Oppenheimer star wore an atypical Panerai, Luminor Due Pastello Ref. PAM01311, at the Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala. Pairing his pastel pink ensemble with the stainless steel Panerai with a pastel green dial added a delicate contrast to the look.

For the 29^th edition of the Critics’ Choice Awards, musician and actor Lenny Kravitz was nominated for Best Song for Road to Freedom, which he has written and recorded for the film, Rustin. The striking red hues of the outfit were complemented by the gold accessories. Presenting at the Golden Globes 2024 and representing his nominated directorial feature, Air,  Ben Affleck stood out with his unconventional timepiece. Styled by Warren Alfie Baker, Affleck paired a midnight blue tux from Giorgio Armani with a Louis Moinet Memoris Chronograph on his wrist.
