Mario Boiocchi founded Paul Picot, a brand that was named after an eighteenth century watch pioneer. In fact, the brand was born in the middle of a watchmaking crisis in 1976. While his contemporaries feared that quartz would dominate the industry, Boiocchi was convinced that traditional Swiss mechanical timekeeping would continue to hold sway. 

An anniversary watch for Inter Milan, the Technograph F.C. Internazionale, created by Paul Picot in white gold, is limited to 100 pieces.

Watch specifications: 

It has a case size of 44 mm; the case is made of 18kt white gold. The self-winding chronograph movement is based on the Valjoux 7750 Calibre Technograph display of hours, minutes, seconds; 30 minutes counter, date at 6 o'clock. The domed sapphire crystal has an anti-reflection coating and the sapphire crystal caseback has an anti-reflection coating as well. There is a screw-down crown. The lower dial is made of four parts while the upper dial is screw-fitted. The strap is in leather with blue stitching for the white gold version. There is a folding clasp. The watch is water-resistant for up to 100 metres.

Hublot is a Swiss luxury watchmaker. It was founded by Italian entrepreneur Carlo Crocco in 1980. The company is run as a wholly owned subsidiary of LVMH, one of the leading luxury conglomerates in the world.

Based in Les Breuleux, Switzerland, Richard Mille is a Swiss luxury watch company established by Dominique Guenat and Richard Mille in 2001. American golfer Bubba Watson, partner for Richard Mille since 2010, is celebrated for his self-taught skills in golf. The 44-year-old golf wizard has carved his niche as one of the best players of his generation.

The RM 38-01 manual winding Tourbillon G-Sensor with its tripartite tonneau-shaped case has the dimensions, 42.70 x 49.94 x 16.15 mm. The matte green front and back bezels are created from TZP-G, a zirconia-based ceramic material. They are complemented by a central caseband made from Grade 5 titanium and moulded with white rubber. Boasting a fully skeletonised dial with contrasting white flange with a green minute track, the layout features a G-Sensor located at the 12 o'clock position. This device registers the number of G-forces created by a golfer during swings and records these on the dial at 12 o'clock. RM 38-01 can record acceleration worth up to 20-G's. Now, as per Richard Mille, this is a very important piece of information for professional golfers, such as Bubba Watson, who is known to hit the ball at over 310 kilometres per hour. One can reset the sensor back to zero for the next swing by pressing the aerodynamically formed pusher at 9:00. The tourbillon movement offers hours, minutes and a G-force indicator. It has a power reserve of 48 hours, when fully wound. There is a vented strap in green rubber.  Water resistance is up to 50 metres.

Patek Philippe SA, a Swiss luxury watch and clock manufacturer, is located in the Canton of Geneva and the Vallée de Joux. Antoni Patek and Adrien Philippe founded the company in 1893. However, from 1932 onwards, the company has been owned by the Stern family of Switzerland. This particular watch was originally designed by Gérald Genta for the 1976 edition of Basel Fair, the largest trade show for watches in the world. Genta went out for lunch and spotted a group of Patek Philippe executives in the opposite corner. The artist asked a waiter for a pen. The Nautilus was thus born on a napkin a few minutes later! 

The design resembles a ship's porthole.

The watch has a silver-tone 18kt white gold case with a silver-tone 18kt white gold bracelet. The gold-tone, diamond-set bezel is simply breathtaking. The silver-tone dial has gold-tone hands and n/a hour markers.

The watch has the Patek Philippe Calibre 26-330 S C self-winding automatic movement, comprising 29 jewels and composed of 213 parts, beating at 28800 vph. It has a power reserve of about 45 hours. The sapphire crystal is scratch-resistant; there is a screw-down crown, along with a transparent caseback. The case is round-shaped and the size is 40 mm, with a deployment clasp. The water resistance is up to 120 metres.
